Terms and conditions of use for DemeDocs

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DemeDocs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.

These terms may be modified at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms.

2. Service Description

DemeDocs is a technical documentation creation and management platform that allows users to:

  • Create and manage documentation projects
  • Collaborate with teams
  • Publish documentation online
  • Manage versions and modification history
  • Customize the appearance of their documentation

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying DEME of any unauthorized use of your account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Plans and Billing

DemeDocs offers different subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited access to basic features
  • Starter Plan: Extended features with limitations
  • Pro Plan: Full access to all features

Payments are processed securely via Stripe for credit cards and NowPayments for cryptocurrencies. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Publish offensive, defamatory content or content that violates others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Transmit viruses, malware or any malicious code
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish via DemeDocs. By using the Service, you grant DEME a limited license to host, display and distribute your content.

The Service itself, including its code, design and features, is the property of DEME and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DEME shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. DEME reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of violation of these terms.

In case of termination, you will have access to your data for a period of 30 days to perform a backup.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
